about

----------

The cry of Medusa [Op. 28]
At the origin of art, there was this need to ward off the power of the dead. Beauty was what man imagined in order to contain the horror. MEDUSA is the guardian between the two worlds, that of the living and that of the dead. That of things seen and that of things unseen. That of order and reason, and that of madness and chaos.
